We’re looking for organised, motivated people who enjoy problem-solving, working with teams, and keeping projects moving. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: * Produce and manage tender, contract and construction programmes. * Develop build strategies, sequencing plans and critical path programmes. * Review tender documents, identify risks, opportunities and project constraints. * Prepare preliminaries, logistics plans and construction methodologies. * Collaborate with bid, operations and supply chain teams to develop winning submissions. * Produce quality responses for tenders, including programme and mythology content. * Support project teams with programme monitoring and reporting during delivery. * Contribute to risk management, health & safety and sustainable construction planning. What We're Looking For Essential * Experience in construction planning and programming. * Proficiency in Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project or similar planning software. * Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts and procurement. * Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. * Strong attention to details and commercial awareness. * Full UK driving licence. Desirable * Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline. * Experience delivering large-scale construction projects. * Civils and drainage experience. * Knowledge of industry best practice and modern construction techniques.
