ROLE OVERVIEW Compass Surgical Partners is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Administrator to serve as the enterprise owner and subject matter expert for our procure-to-pay (P2P) platform and processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring contract, pricing, item master, and purchasing data are accurate, standardized, and scalable across our growing network of ambulatory surgery centers. The Procure-to-Pay Administrator will partner closely with center teams, supply chain leaders, GPOs, distributors, and operational stakeholders to improve data integrity, streamline workflows, and enhance visibility into supply costs and purchasing activity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, optimizing systems and processes, and building scalable infrastructure that supports growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's procure-to-pay platform * Maintain and optimize contract, item master, vendor, and pricing data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all centers * Partner with GPOs, distributors, and internal stakeholders to manage pricing updates, contract changes, and purchasing workflows * Monitor procure-to-pay processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance data quality * Investigate and resolve purchasing, pricing, and system-related discrepancies * Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and process documentation to support enterprise-wide consistency * Support onboarding and integration of new centers into procure-to-pay systems and processes * Create reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide visibility into purchasing activity, supply costs, and process performance * Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and center teams to improve procurement effectiveness and cost management * Provide training, support, and guidance to users across the organization on procure-to-pay processes and system functionality WHAT YOU'LL BRING * 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain administration, materials management, or a related healthcare operations role * Experience working within a healthcare provider organization, ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or healthcare services environment * Experience supporting or administering electronic procurement or procure-to-pay systems * Strong understanding of purchasing workflows, item master management, pricing administration, and supply chain operations * Advanced Excel and data management skills with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to communicate effectively with operational, clinical, financial, and vendor stakeholders * Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field * Experience administering ENVI or a comparable procure-to-pay platform * Experience working with GPO contracts, distributor relationships, and EDI purchasing processes * Experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations * Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) experience strongly preferred * CMRP, CPSM, or other healthcare supply chain or procurement certification WHY COMPASS SURGICAL PARTNERS Compass Surgical Partners develops and manages ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in partnership with physicians and health systems.
