Please note that all of our roles will require you to be in-person at our NYC HQ (located in Union Square) Responsibilities: * Design intuitive user experiences across web and mobile products, including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to define product requirements and deliver thoughtful solutions to user and business problems. * Own design workstreams from concept through execution, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. * Translate research insights, product requirements, and data into clear design recommendations. * Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and quality across products. * Present design concepts, rationale, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional partners. * Participate in design critiques and reviews, providing and incorporating feedback to continuously improve the user experience. * Advocate for users throughout the product development process and champion a user-centered approach to decision-making. * Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. * 1-4 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in a fast-paced environment. * Strong Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, including user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. * Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma. * Understanding of user centered design principles, usability best practices, and common research methodologies. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and rationale effectively. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
