We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager (Partnerships & BD Enablement) to join JustMarkets and strengthen our global Introducing Broker (IB) program. In this role, you will create impactful sales enablement materials, develop partner-focused marketing assets, and support Business Development teams across multiple regions. You will have the opportunity to shape the Partner Marketing function from the ground up, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to the growth and positioning of our global partnership program. Responsibilities * Create, update, and maintain B2B sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, partner guides, and sales kits. * Adapt and localize sales and marketing materials together with regional Business Development teams. * Prepare tailored presentations and joint marketing proposals for VIP partners and institutional clients. * Develop partner success stories, case studies, and ROI calculators. * Create onboarding materials for new partners, including email and messenger sequences. * Coordinate the creation and maintenance of partner marketing assets, including banners, landing pages, social media templates, and widgets. * Collaborate with Product Owners to improve partner portal content, messaging, and navigation. * Prepare educational materials, guides, webinars, and other partner-facing content. * Translate product updates into clear and engaging marketing messages for partners. * Ensure consistency of partner-facing materials across different regions and languages. Requirements * 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, B2B Marketer, or Sales Enablement Specialist. * Experience working with partnership marketing, affiliate programs, or Introducing Broker (IB) models. * Experience creating B2B sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, sales presentations, and partner guides. * Experience collaborating closely with Business Development or Sales teams. * Experience working with international markets and localizing marketing materials. * Strong presentation, copywriting, and content creation skills for B2B audiences. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Upper-Intermediate English or higher. Will be a plus * Understanding of rebate structures, multi-tier commission models, spreads, leverage, and Client Lifetime Value (LTV). * Experience creating B2B content for partner landing pages, onboarding journeys, and partner portals. * Experience in FinTech, CFD/Forex Brokerage, Prop Trading, or WealthTech.
