As a Project Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in bringing power and energy, electric, utility, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll be part of a highly experienced, collaborative, forward-thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth. What You’ll Do * Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes. * Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency. * Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high-quality deliverables. * Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards. * Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients - you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team. * Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities. What You Bring * A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center - you know how to turn data into accuracy and insight. * Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred. * Prior field crew experience is a plus - you understand both sides of the process. * LSIT or PLS certification desired (multi-state licensure a plus).
