DESCRIPTION The Primary Care Behavioral Health Provider will be a core member of the Integrated Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) team. The clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and the medical care team. You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment — with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts — allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.
