The Regional Director of Sales, Canada is responsible for owning and driving new logo acquisition within assigned market segments. This highly consultative enterprise sales role focuses on selling Duetto’s platform by resolving complex prospect pain points and ensuring clients establish confidence in the platform's ability to add significant business value. Furthermore, this role acts as a key contributor to optimizing the sales process, coordinating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure sales workflows deliver maximum value to the assigned market segment while proactively reducing cycle time. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.  What You'll Be Doing * Own the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned prospects, from initial lead qualification through to successful contract execution.  * Influence key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations to build consensus and drive deal momentum to close.  * Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives, aligning business needs with Duetto’s solutions.  * Establish high-quality pipelines aligned with the assigned segment through disciplined deal management and prospecting.  * Collaborate with Marketing, Sales enablement, and Leadership to refine segment-specific messaging, playbooks, and deal strategies.  * Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, and Legal teams to deliver comprehensive proposals, upsell opportunities, and ensure successful customer onboarding.  * Provide structured feedback to the product teams regarding use cases and market requirements to influence the product roadmap.  * Maintain high levels of forecast accuracy and pipeline management using CRM tools (e.g. salesforce).  * Network within industry/region circles and hospitality events to identify emerging trends and sales opportunities.  * Improve account planning and segment-specific sales workflows to enhance the speed and quality of the sales funnel.  * Perform other related duties as needed to support team and company priorities. Success Metrics  * New logo ARR closed within segment/region  * Pipeline coverage and progression quality  * Forecast accuracy and deal discipline  * Executive level relationships established across target segment/region What We're Looking For * 4+ years of relevant domain experience in enterprise SaaS sales or hospitality technology.  * Proven track record of independently managing and closing complex sales cycles with high-value contracts.  * Demonstrated ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and influence executive decision-makers.  * Highly structured self driven and disciplined in pipeline and account management  * Analytical mindset capable of resolving ambiguous problems through data-driven insights.  * Experience with Salesforce  Preferred: * Specialized skills, knowledge, or experience within the Hospitality technology industry, specifically revenue management.  * Experience selling hospitality technology, specifically revenue management systems
