RESPONSIBILITIES * In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake meetings with hiring managers to pre-onboarding * Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events. * Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates * Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment. * Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and expectations * Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to ensure successful hires. * Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback. * Extend job offers to shortlisted candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and address any concerns or questions. * Collaborate with various organizations including tertiary institutions for recruitment events, internship and talent pipelining * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). * Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required REQUIREMENTS * Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English. * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimally 3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience in hiring technical roles across SEA is an advantage * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, among others. * Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or similar. * Strong stakeholder management skills. * Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
