You will have the opportunity to grow your career by collaborating with a team of outstanding talents and state of the art technology to build a lasting, positive future for millions.     WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING   * Definition of technical specifications related to various investment compliance requirements, ongoing review and optimization of the relevant business processes * Advising the business in the areas of MiFID II/MiFIR, MAD/MAR, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR etc. to ensure adherence to the relevant regulatory requirements * Monitoring of the development of the relevant regulatory and legal norms, regulatory horizon scanning across the EU member states * Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding investment compliance * Preparation of reports for management and for supervisory authorities, processing of inquiries of the EU supervisory authorities * Close collaborative cooperation with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People * Continuous training in various compliance topics     WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Successfully completed studies in economics, law or business law or comparable studies * Ideally, several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or * Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry * Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks  * Fluency in English, and either Spanish or Portuguese is necessary     WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
