This position is part-time (16 hours/week) and will allow you to provide services remotely for patients accessing care from an outpatient mental health clinic. Patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.   WHAT YOU’LL DO  * Provide a full range of psychiatric services to assigned patients, including assessment, evaluation, screening, diagnosis, and treatment  * Analyze and evaluate patient data and test findings to diagnose nature and extent of behavioral health disorder  * Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments as well as prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders  * Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, or other professionals to discuss treatment plans and progress  * Examine or order laboratory tests to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders  * Participate in treatment team activities to include the development and periodic review of treatment plans and to take the necessary steps when an individual refuses treatment    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  * Clinicians must have active state license  * 1-3 years of experience since obtaining license   * Intermediate to advanced experience with technology   * Strong communication skills   * Established and updated CAQH profile strongly preferred     POSITION LOGISTICS  * 100% remote position  * Required to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentiality  * You will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses.
