KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently guide the technical direction and implementation by the whole team within defined architecture in all stages from conceptualization to deployment. Evaluate trade-offs between correctness, robustness, performance, and customer impact to ensure the development of the right solution, with client success at the forefront. Create and lead the team's technical documentation and repository management practices, including tasks such as creating branches, pull requests, merges, etc. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to provide necessary oversight of architecture and dependencies influencing product strategy and direction. Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and addressing complex bug fixes with a focus on security, performance, and reliability. Mentoring Junior Engineers on project teams, supporting the growth of technical capabilities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise working as a Full Stack Engineer, with proficiency in the specified technologies. React .Net Core (C#) Azure (good to have) High level of English proficiency required to interact with a globally-based development team. Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern frontend development practices: Deep knowledge of React hooks, context, state management (Redux / Zustand / Recoil). Advanced CSS skills — layouts, responsive design, CSS-in-JS, design tokens. Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack) and testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library). Deep expertise in ReactJS and modern frontend workflows. Proficient in styling and layout using advanced CSS. Solid experience developing backend services and RESTful / GraphQL APIs (optional) using .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#): Proficiency in C# language features, async/await patterns, and middleware pipelines. Good understanding of clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Write clean, maintainable code across the full stack (ReactJS, C#, SQL Server, and advanced CSS). Follows strict quality standards by designing and writing comprehensive test cases to ensure structural and functional integrity. Good working experience with SQL Server, modelling and Stored Procedures. Set the technical direction and orchestrate implementation strategies across development teams to ensure alignment with overall product goals. Architect and design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise-level systems using .NET Core, ReactJS, and Azure. Demonstrated experience following and adapting high-level architecture to project and client needs. Ability to verify/validate architecture implementations and influence overall architecture beyond the team. Experience in the medical domain will be an advantage. Demonstrated initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization. Very good knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns, SOLID principles and OWASP. ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE DESIRED: Collaborate with Tech Leads and Architects to translate high-level design into implementation-ready tasks. Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and backlog refinement. Experience in building CI/CD pipelines. Ability to refine and clarify technical details (including definition of done) based on internal or external PO for User Stories and task assignments. Ability to provide technical orchestration among the overall tasks. Knowledge of building Cloud Native applications.
