About the Role This full-time position is based in our Barton office and works closely with the CEO and General Manager. As Senior Manager, Client & Contract Performance, you will work directly to the CEO managing a portfolio of existing client contracts and play a central role in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business growth. This is a highly visible role requiring regular face-to-face engagement with clients across the Canberra region. Key Responsibilities * Manage a portfolio of Defence client contracts * Lead contract extensions, variations, and performance management activities * Prepare and deliver contract reporting and insights * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement * Support business growth through high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction * Provide support to the CEO and General Manager as required About You You are a high-performing professional who is organised, reliable, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You bring a strong understanding of Defence environments and are comfortable balancing relationship management with detailed contract responsibilities.
