As a Senior Paralegal, you’ll be joining the Legal, Risk and Compliance pillar, which supports Akaysha’s operations as a global corporation across every phase of the asset lifecycle - from design and build through to ownership and operation. Overseeing regulatory compliance, contracts and IP, risk, governance, insurance, and transaction support, the team has recently delivered significant outcomes across regulatory tenders, financing facilities, and large-scale asset construction.  Building on this momentum, the role acts as the first point of contact for incoming legal requests, you’ll triage matters efficiently and process documentation with accuracy to streamline workflows and keep the legal team responsive and well-supported in a fast-paced environment.  The role also focuses on maintaining accurate corporate records and assisting with file management, with an emphasis on tracking and recording contractual obligations to meet compliance standards.
