TITLE: PROJECT MANAGER / SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER DEPARTMENT: ENGINEERING – WATER UTILITY INFRASTRUCTURE✅ LOCATION: DALLAS, TX EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME COMPENSATION: $100K – $145K (COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE) + BONUS + BENEFITS OVERVIEW Our client is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead utility infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. This role supports a wide range of water, wastewater, and stormwater initiatives, with responsibilities scaled based on experience. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engage directly with clients, and play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions that serve communities. Senior-level candidates will take on broader leadership, mentoring, and strategic responsibilities.. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and deliver utility infrastructure projects, including drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. * Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and proposals. * Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. * Monitor project performance, including budget, schedule, quality, and risk. * Ensure QA/QC compliance for all project deliverables and documentation. * Track labor utilization, revenue forecasting, billing, and documentation. * Serve as the firm’s representative at client meetings, public hearings, and presentations. * More senior PMs will also * Conduct site visits and construction observations as needed. * Lead multiple utility infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. * Mentor engineers and project managers, providing technical guidance and career development support. Oversee proposals, contracts, fee justifications, and budget forecasting. QUALIFICATIONS * Registered Professional Engineer (PE). * Proven track record managing drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater projects. * Experience range: * Project Manager: 7+ years of relevant experience * Senior Project Manager: 10+ years of relevant experience * Experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. * Knowledge of utility design standards, regulations, and construction practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
