Job Summary of a Senior Property Manager * Manage and oversee overall operations of the properties, including maintenance and office functions. * Regularly communicate with residents, prospects, and vendors. * Effectively lead property teams to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. * Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
