WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Braze is looking to hire a Solutions Consultant for our Emerging Enterprise, General Business segment, servicing our Americas book of business. Braze Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to our prospective customers during the sales process, bringing extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear. We strive to lay strong foundations, beginning pre-sales, for a long-term partnership between Braze and our customers. The Senior Solutions Consultant role is a critical member of the team, whose job includes  being a technical thought leader across the General Business verticals, across various customer types, and geographic markets.  Braze Solutions Consultants blend the “art” of storytelling and sales with the “science” behind how our technology tactically delivers value for our customers. During the sales process, we help "make it real," with the aim of building prospective customer confidence in Braze's capabilities & team. This role is an opportunity to expand on your thought leadership skills while partnering with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams.
