This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that software deliverables, including designs, codes, and tests, are completed in a timely manner, while remaining aligned with industry and organizational standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Provides support to the Engineering teams, with a high attention to detail • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings • May influence others within the Software Engineering team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices • Designs, builds, and maintains large-scale production services, web applications, data pipelines, and streaming systems • Works on systems critical to company’s current and future operations • Debugs production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack • Assists with improvement of organizational engineering standards, tooling, and processes • Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software • Evaluates codes to ensure validity, proper structure, alignment with industry standards, and compatibility with operating systems  • Maintains an understanding of current technologies or programming practices through continuing education, reading or participation in professional conferences, workshops, and/or groups     ✅ MANDATORY SKILLS (CORE REQUIREMENTS) These are explicitly required or strongly implied as essential for the role: TECHNICAL SKILLS * .NET Development (Advanced) * Designing, developing, and deploying applications using the .NET framework * ReactJS * Object-Oriented Programming & Design * Strong OOP concepts * Design patterns * Clean architecture principles * Relational Database Expertise * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server * Query optimization * Schema design * Git Version Control * Branching strategies * Code reviews * Collaborative workflows * General Software Engineering * Debugging production issues * Building and maintaining scalable systems * Writing clean, standards-compliant code * Testing and code validation Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:   * Advanced .NET Engineering: Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying robust applications utilizing the .NET Framework ecosystem. * Object-Oriented Design (OOD): Demonstrated expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, design patterns, and clean architecture practices. * Relational Database Management: Strong hands-on experience with relational databases, featuring advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (including query optimization and schema design). * Practical exposure to client-side technologies, specifically React, backed by a solid understanding of JavaScript and build tools such as Webpack and Babel (highly advantageous). * Proven experience leveraging Azure DevOps and cloud services for continuous integration and deployment * Familiarity or working knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and services is considered a distinct advantage * Deep understanding of Git-based workflows, including branching strategies, code reviews, and collaborative development.
