Must be highly collaborative with a high-performance team mindset and work seamlessly across business functions and external partners.   RESPONSIBILITIES: Formula regulatory review, coordinating with R&D and manufacturers. Claims review and approval, collaborating with R&D, PD and cross-functional teams. Artwork review and approval, partnering with creative. Lead product registration OTC products/medical devices, interfacing with Health Canada and the US FDA.  Liaise with internal/external QA to support OTC site and API registrations. Participate in trade associations to keep updated on cosmetic, OTC and packaging related regulations, and collaborating cross-functionally to execute actions require. Manage Regulatory related questions from retailers. REQUIREMENTS: * 3-5 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry in a Regulatory Affairs role. * A science background (BS degree or higher) required. * Understanding and knowledge of cosmetic product regulatory requirements with an emphasis on color cosmetics and skin care, inclusive of ingredient, labeling, claims and registration. * Knowledge and experience in the US/Canada OTC Regulatory framework requirements for ingredients, finished products, claims, packaging, and artwork requirements. * Highly collaborative. Works well individually and in a team environment to achieve results that move the business forward. * Excellent organizational skills. * Exhibits effective communication skills, both written and orally. * Comfortable learning and working with web-based databases and submission portals. * Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and PowerPoint. * Must be self-motivated and capable of multi-tasking. * Commitment to accuracy, diligence and quality of information output. * Willing to travel domestically, as required. The base salary range for this role is listed above.    Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off.
