Team members in this role also have the opportunity to earn additional incentive compensation beyond this amount. The contributions you will make: Compeer Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to play a key role in serving and expanding our Tax & Accounting business in the Rochester market. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, develop business opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to agricultural producers and agribusinesses. A typical day: * Provide tax planning, tax preparation, and consulting services to individual, partnership, and corporate clients. * Develop trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen Compeer's Tax & Accounting business. * Collaborate with team members across Compeer to deliver exceptional client service and comprehensive financial solutions.   What We're Looking For * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification required or in progress.  * Advanced experience in tax planning and tax preparation, preferably with agricultural or business clients. * Proven ability to work independently, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth. #IND100 #LI-RM1 How we will take care of you: Our job titles may span more than one career level (associate, senior, principal, etc.).
