Position Summary Responsibilities: * Assist with credit card statement reconciliation * Post payments to customer accounts and make bank deposits * Follow up on past due customer accounts * Assist with vendor invoice entry * Assist with customer invoicing * Answer phones * Other administrative tasks as assigned   Requirements: * This position is an On-site position in Quincy, IL * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience using QuickBooks is a plus * Associated degree in accounting or related field   Benefits: * Pay commiserate with experience * Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (could be flexible for the right candidate) * Paid time off * 401k with company match * Health and dental insurance available * Company provided life and disability insurance
