About the Casino, Frontend Gaming and Compliance team The Casino Frontend Gaming & Compliance team builds the customer experience behind one of the most business-critical areas of our entertainment platform. The team creates seamless, high-performance experiences that enable players to discover, launch and interact with tens of thousands of games, as we expand into 13 regulated markets. As the platform continues to expand with new game providers and markets, the focus is on building scalable, reusable frontend architecture that supports consistent experiences while meeting evolving regulatory and compliance requirements. You'll play a key role in uplifting engineering excellence across the team: driving frontend architecture and best practices, building performant and maintainable user experiences, influencing technical direction, mentoring engineers across the organisation, and getting hands-on with complex UI challenges, scalability, and technical debt. Key Responsibilities:  * Write and ship high-quality production code, setting the standard for frontend engineering, testing, performance, and reliability. * Define Casino frontend strategy, technical direction, and long-term architecture in partnership with engineering, product, and design teams. * Establish and evolve standards, patterns, and best practices for frontend development in Casino Frontend team and across Stake Frontend engineers. * Lead Casino frontend initiatives from ideation, RFC, POC,  documentation, code reviews, pairing, and shared architectural decisions. * Mentor and support frontend engineers across the team, helping raise frontend engineering quality, consistency, and ownership. * Communicate technical decisions, trade-offs, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders with varying levels of technical context.
