We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeman to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management functions. Key Responsibilities * Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods. * Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time. * Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation and inventory records. * Operate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks. * Conduct inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliations. * Update inventory transactions and stock movements in SAP. * Arrange transport and coordinate deliveries. * Maintain warehouse housekeeping and safety standards. * Support production by ensuring material availability. * Lead and mentor warehouse team members to achieve operational goals. * Assist with staff training, workflow coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: * Minimum 5+ years' experience in a warehouse or storeperson role. * Current Forklift Licence with high-reach experience. * Experience using SAP or similar warehouse management systems. * Strong inventory control and stock management experience. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. * Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and warehouse management systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong leadership skills. * Ability to train and support team members. * Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
