General Description * We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our team. * You will provide support to internal and external clients by troubleshooting software issues, identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless functionality of applications. * You will also collaborate with the development team to help resolve complex technical problems and ensure the software runs smoothly.  Your Tasks * Offer solutions to recurring technical problems to improve system stability and performance. * Monitor and track support cases, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. * Work with QA teams to test fixes and deploy software updates. * Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug software problems in a timely and efficient manner. * Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes and implement fixes for identified issues. * Create documentations periodically, and build library; * Mindset to automate where possible; What we are looking for * Good working knowledge in Programming languages: PHP, JavaScript (NodeJS, React JS, etc.,) * Database knowledge (SQL, NoSQL, etc.,) * Experience with Unix/Linux, Windows systems; * Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and analysis techniques; * Ability to communicate effectively; * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience; Preferred qualities * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with debugging tools and automated testing. * Knowledge of system monitoring tools and practices. * Understanding of DevOps practices.
