The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and strategic workforce planning, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. Responsibilities: •    Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring goals. •    Source, recruit, and build talent pipelines for current and future needs. •    Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a positive candidate experience. •    Lead onboarding and relocation processes for new hires. •    Enhance employer branding to attract top talent. •    Analyze hiring metrics and market data to optimize recruitment strategies. •    Collaborate on employee retention and development initiatives. Requirements: •    Proven experience in IT/Fintech recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. •    Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and HR branding. •    Familiarity with modern selection methods, ATS, and social media sourcing. •    Strategic thinker with leadership skills and a data-driven approach. •    Fluency in English and Russian; Greek is an advantage.
