ROLE SCOPE * Develop and maintain project documentation, including workflows, use cases, and standard operating procedures. * Lead the implementation of new tools and processes, including user acceptance testing and training material development. * Track and manage project milestones, surfacing risks early and keeping stakeholders and leadership current on status. * Execute change management by building comprehensive user communications, training materials, and adoption tracking mechanisms. * Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize feedback, and drive consensus on solutions. * Serve as the key point of contact for Fluidstack's contingent worker contracts, advising managers on engagement strategy, compliance requirements, and best practices. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. * You've built your career in recruiting or HR and know how a talent function runs from the inside. * You've run change management or organizational transformation work and brought the people affected along with it. * You've worked hands-on with contingent workforce programs, from engagement strategy through compliance. * Detail and organization are habits, not afterthoughts: nothing slips through in a program you run. * You write and speak clearly, whether the audience is a hiring manager, a vendor, or leadership. * You've driven decisions and adoption across teams you don't manage, influencing without direct authority. * You've supported or run programs across multiple regions, working through regional differences in compliance, process, and stakeholder needs.
