Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Checking aircraft documentation, (ie: aircraft log-sheets, check packages, scheduled and unscheduled task cards, etc.) which have been completed by pilots and ACA holders for completeness and accuracy * Preparing aircraft Journey Logs and ensuring Journey Logs are complete before aircraft depart the Whitehorse base * Entering flight log times and accomplished maintenance work into the MTS with accuracy * Scanning & filing flight log sheets and aircraft maintenance records * Auditing flight log sheets and maintenance records. * Updating and entering data accurately Must haves: * Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent * Minimum of one (1) year of experience using computer systems & processes to administrate data, records & information * Understanding of maintenance or engineering terminology * A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities * Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support * Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada Nice to haves: * Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Management, or Mathematics/ Statistics * Minimum of one to three years of experience in aviation Ready to join us? * Submit your resume and cover letter explaining why you are an ideal fit for the role * If selected, we'll reach out within 10 days for a brief introductory call * Successful candidates will then proceed to an interview with our Recruiter and Hiring Manager * We aim to make final decisions within 14 days of the initial call   ----------------------------------------     At Air North, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
