Woods Machinery is a family-owned, full-service Bobcat equipment dealership seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to grow an established Central New Jersey territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional to represent industry-leading equipment brands while building a rewarding career with $125,000+ earning potential. Why this role is a strong opportunity * Established territory with an existing customer base * Represent industry-leading brands including Bobcat, Finn, Wacker Neuson, and Exmark. * Sell new and used equipment, attachments, rentals and product support solutions * Strong support from dedicated Parts, Service, Rental, and Sales Administration teams * Qualified leads generated through rentals, service, and digital marketing What You’ll Do * Manage and grow an established sales territory * Prospect and develop new business while growing existing accounts * Call on contractors, landscapers, municipalities, and industrial customers * Conduct equipment demonstrations, job site visits, and customer follow-ups * Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close equipment sales * Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up * Maintain accurate customer activity and sales opportunities in the CRM What We're Looking For: * Experience in equipment, construction, rental, truck, industrial, or B2B outside sales * Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset * Valid driver's license Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * $125,000+ annual earning potential * Company vehicle, fuel card, laptop and phone * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid Time Off * 401(k) with company match * Factory training and professional development About Woods Machinery: Founded in 1984, Woods Machinery is one of the region's leading compact equipment dealerships, serving customers throughout New Jersey and Delaware.
