The firm is seeking a Non-Equity Partner in US Corporate Tax to lead an established and growing US tax practice. This role will take ownership of compliance and advisory delivery across a large and active client base, manage increasing workload volumes, and build the team, processes, and structure required to support continued growth. A hands-on operator who leads delivery, manages team capacity, and supports both compliance and advisory work. The ideal candidate has demonstrated the ability to: * Manage high-volume compliance cycles and deadlines * Scale a team and workflow as demand increases * Act as the go-to resource for US tax matters internally * Support both structured engagements and ad hoc client requests This is not a pure technical specialist role. It requires a partner who can run a practice.
