With more than 60,000 completed projects, we’re known for delivering high-quality, innovative and reliable building envelope solutions to commercial, industrial and institutional clients.   As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Waterproofing Site Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of waterproofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the waterproofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.   What You’ll Do * Monitor project progress in collaboration with fellow Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies * Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams * Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors * Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization * Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records * Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries * Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites * Provide on-site mentorship, guidance, and training to crew members to support skill development and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety What You Bring to the Team * Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders * Strong judgment and integrity in decision-making * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proactive problem-solving and risk mitigation * Strong organizational and time management skills * Working knowledge of construction and roofing materials * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * DCS/DEC or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record   Role Snapshot * Location: 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5 * Type: Full-Time, Onsite * Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. + Occasional weekend work based on operational needs * Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience) * Reports To: Production Manager - Waterproofing & Restoration * Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday   * Vacancy Reason: Existing Vacancy * Number of Positions: 1   Why Join Bothwell-Accurate? * Real opportunities to grow and advance * A team that supports you like family * Competitive benefits that grow with you * Bi-weekly pay you can count on * Work on high-profile, high-impact projects Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.
