As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.  Responsibilities * Identify sales target and leaders of opinion * Present our products and services to new clients * Conduct market research on a regular basis * Identify key markets and provide with input * Build strategies for specified markets * Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets * Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients * Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts * Attend major industry events * Document business development activities Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field * 2+ years in a similar industry * Fluency in English and Sinhala and /or Tamil.; any other language will be considered an advantage * Computer literacy with good command of Google apps * Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes * Keep pro-active position in running a business * Ability to travel when required Benefits * Competitive compensation package * 21 days off and 10 sick leaves annually
