The Regional Manager will have the chance to: * Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies to achieve company objectives. * Lead, coach, and manage Business Development Managers, Relationship Managers, and Client Services within the assigned region. * Identify and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), Influencers, Money Managers, and institutional partners. * Drive client acquisition, retention, and trading activity to maximize revenue. * Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and strategic partners. * Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments. * Ensure compliance with company policies, AML/KYC procedures, and local financial regulations. * Collaborate with Marketing to plan regional campaigns, seminars, webinars, and promotional events. * Prepare sales forecasts, regional budgets, and performance reports for senior management.  * Analyze KPIs and implement strategies to improve team productivity and client satisfaction. * Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain high service standards. * Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate regional sales staff.  What will you need to be able to do the job?
