Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. Base Salary: $45,000 for a part-time schedule (20 hours/week) * Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling * 17 clinical hours + 3 administrative hours per week Additional Earnings: Earn $70 per clinical session for additional clients beyond your base caseload, giving you flexibility to increase income based on availability and interest.
