POSITION SUMMARY Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team remotely. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and be empowered to make a tangible difference in the lives of young patients and their families. We welcome applicants who are independently licensed in any state — we will sponsor licensure in one or more of our operating states so you can hit the ground running with a full caseload. Work Model: Remote COMPENSATION & BENEFITS SALARY RANGE: $67,500 – $100,000+ ANNUALLY This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential — a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest. Base Salary: $67,500 annually * Guaranteed income with predictable scheduling * 25 direct care hours and 5 administrative hours per week * 17 core clinical hours per week (after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends) * Full benefits eligibility Additional Earnings Opportunities Clinicians may have the opportunity to take on additional patient sessions beyond their committed schedule based on patient demand and availability. Additional hours are not guaranteed but provide the opportunity to increase annual earnings up to $100,000+.
