WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own day-to-day compliance activities aligned with BaFin regulatory requirements. * Oversee monitoring of investment products and processes. * Develop the Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP) by conducting reports, collecting data, and following up on findings. * Provide compliance input on current and upcoming products and services across the business. * Provide compliance guidance on current and upcoming products and services, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. * Review and approve financial promotions, ensuring full regulatory compliance. * Own and maintain compliance policies and procedures, proactively identifying gaps and driving improvements. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or investment sector. * A degree in Law, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification. * A strong interest in regulatory compliance and the financial services industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well under pressure, adapt quickly, and learn on the job. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Professional proficiency in English, with German language skills considered a strong advantage.
