Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and remind patients of the appointments. * Receive inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. * Verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility * Verify and update patient information in the system. * Answer basic patient inquiries or route calls to appropriate practice. * Follow scheduling protocols and insurance guidelines as needed. * Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients. * Maintain accurate records of all communication and scheduled appointments. * Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations at all times. What We’re Looking For * Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience is a plus but not required. * Comfortable handling phone calls and interacting with clients. * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. * Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized. * Basic computer skills, including email and web-based applications. * Willingness to learn and adapt to client-specific billing processes.
