We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp, using Zendesk as the main support platform. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication, quick resolutions, and a high-quality support experience. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email and WhatsApp. * Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues or escalate them to the technical team. * Manage and track tickets through Zendesk. * Create and maintain a knowledge base, canned responses, and FAQs. * Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues to management. * Ensure customer satisfaction through empathetic, solution-driven communication. Requirements * Fluent in Arabic & English (written and spoken). * 1–3 years of experience in customer support (SaaS or tech product experience is a plus). * Familiarity with Zendesk or similar helpdesk/ticketing systems. * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
