WHAT YOU'LL OWN * Define and execute Mexico's Driver Growth & Retention strategy. * Lead a high-performing Driver Operations team, turning data into actions that move key business metrics. * Build acquisition programs that attract the best drivers and create an outstanding onboarding experience. * Design initiatives that improve driver engagement, loyalty, and overall experience. * Collaborate with Sales to create tailored operational solutions for strategic corporate clients.
