At Lalamove, we're looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to partner directly with our Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of our business in Mexico.   WHAT YOU'LL DO: * Analyze business performance and transform data into actionable insights. * Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from idea to execution. * Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business growth. * Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance models that influence key decisions. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate growth. * Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
