Position Overview As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders. Responsibilities include: * Completing diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations * Providing individual, family, and potentially group therapy services * Developing treatment plans with effective, evidence-based interventions * Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries * Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success * Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational projects based on professional interests What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate care. Qualifications include: * Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field * Current Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW * Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders * Strong clinical documentation and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Flexible Scheduling & Work-Life Balance This position is available as either full-time or part-time.
