Position Overview As a Substance Use Disorder Counselor, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide high-quality, client-centered care to individuals and families experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Responsibilities include: * Completing substance use assessments and treatment recommendations * Providing individual, family, and potentially group counseling services * Developing individualized treatment plans with effective interventions * Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries * Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate care and support client success * Participating in staff meetings, trainings, and organizational projects based on professional interests What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate care.
