Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Overnight Residential Support Specialist to join our team. In this important role, you will provide direct care and supervision to residents during overnight hours, helping to ensure their safety, well-being, and accountability, including responding appropriately in emergency situations. This position works the overnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and offers a pay rate of $23.25 per hour, along with eligibility for full benefits. To complete training successfully, applicants must be available to train on all three shifts. Training is paid at the employee’s regular hourly rate, which ranges from $16.00 to $19.50 per hour based on education and experience. Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. Key Responsibilities: Client Care: * Provide trauma-informed support and supervision to residents during overnight hours * Conduct and document routine bed checks to ensure resident safety * Assist with medication administration, screenings (urine drug tests, breathalyzers, etc.), and other care tasks as needed * Support clients in maintaining daily routines, such as cleaning and preparing for the day * Respond appropriately to client needs or concerns overnight Emergency Preparedness: * Be responsible for accounting for all clients in the event of an emergency * Know and follow facility emergency protocols, including evacuation and incident reporting * Act as point of contact for emergency services, self-help groups, and helpline calls during overnight hours Facility Safety and Coordination: * Maintain a secure, trauma-informed environment in the absence of clinical staff * Document relevant interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system * Perform light housekeeping and office cleaning duties * Attend required trainings, meetings, and maintain CBRF certifications * Complete 15+ hours of continuing education annually Qualities of the Ideal Candidate: * Calm, dependable, and confident in overnight and emergency situations * Strong communicator with solid documentation habits * Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and ethical client care * Able to work independently while collaborating with a larger team * Upholds boundaries and organizational values in all interactions Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license * Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check Preferred Experience: * Previous experience working in a CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) setting * Background in substance use, mental health, or residential care Full Time Benefits Include: * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 100% employer-paid long-term disability and life insurance * Generous paid time off and holiday pay * 401(k) with employer match * Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness * A supportive, mission-driven work environment Join our team and help provide safety, support, and healing during the quiet hours.
