JOB SPECIFICATIONS * Meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Understanding and promoting company products. * Answering customer questions about products via telephone or face to face. * Preparing quotations for current and prospective customers. * Processing customers’ transactions efficiently. * Maintaining sales accuracy. * Assisting in resolving customer complaints. * Establishing new customers. * Assessing customers’ needs carefully. * Performing any other related duties required to ensure the effective flow of operations. * Perform any other related duties required to ensure the effective flow of operations.   REQUIRED COMPETENCIES * Experience in sales. * Understanding the sales process and dynamics. * Superb interpersonal skills, including ability to build quick rapport with customers. * Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. * Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. * Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
