As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Reporting to the Superintendent or Field Operations Manager, you’ll: * Oversee daily site operations and ensure all work aligns with company standards and client expectations. * Lead and mentor Foremen and site staff, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every task. * Review and implement project pre-planning, including reviewing drawings for code compliance and material efficiency. * Work closely with the safety team to maintain and enforce a strong safety culture on-site. * Complete and manage required documentation, including safety reports, system testing, and job management forms in Site Docs. * Address and resolve on-site issues, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. * Represent the company at site meetings and collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in mechanical construction or a related field. * Experience in high rise residential construction is an asset. * Hydronic experience in heating, cooling, mechanical rooms, grooved, victaulic and cast iron experience. (considered and asset). * Journeyman or Red Seal certification in a mechanical trade (e.g., plumbing, gas fitting). * Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage site teams effectively. * Expertise in reading and interpreting drawings, schematics, and specifications. * Familiarity with safety regulations and industry best practices. * Tech-savvy with experience using project management tools like Site Docs.
